Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a prestigious designation.  The Employment Front’s Spring 2011 SHRM Study Group is an intensive review of the body of knowledge individuals must comprehend to pass these certification exams. 

Approach – Our blended learning approach includes not only teaching the HR body of knowledge, but also teaching proven test taking and visualization techniques that reduce students’ fear of taking tests.

Facilitator – Betty McKenzie Moore, SPHR, a retired ADP HR Executive, has conducted SHRM Study Groups for 10 years.  With a pass rate of 90%, she has helped over 300 participants receive their certifications on their first try. 

Classes - Weekly webinars held Thursday nights @7:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Eastern Time) starting February 24, 2011 - May 12, 2011.  We use The SHRM Learning System for the course content and each participant must have his/her own 2011 copy of The SHRM Learning System (The Employment Front offers a discounted rate for The SHRM Learning System).   The $300 Study Group fee does not include the cost of The SHRM Learning System.
