Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a prestigious designation.  The Employment Front’s Fall 2011 SHRM Study Group is an intensive review of the body of knowledge individuals must comprehend to pass these certification exams. Using a blended learning approach, the course also focuses on proven test taking techniques that reduce students’ fear of taking tests.

Classes are weekly webinars held Thursday nights @7:00 PM – 9:30 PM Eastern Time starting August 25, 2011 – November 17, 2011.  We use The SHRM Learning System for the course content and each participant must have his/her own 2011 copy of The SHRM Learning System (The Employment Front offers a discounted rate for The SHRM Learning System).   The $300 Study Group fee does not include the cost of The SHRM Learning System.
